The Alcohol and Drug Contractor’s Association (ADCA) is a County-wide network of community-based organizations providing substance use prevention, treatment, recovery, and supportive transitional housing services to adolescents and adults, under contract with the Santa Clara County Department of Alcohol and Drug Services (DADS).

Substance use and addiction are a prime driver of costs across multiple County departments (the Health & Hospital System, Corrections, Social Services, homeless services, and other social services systems), and the source of great suffering to individuals and families in our diverse communities.
